We support our clients both on the business and technical side with the planning and execution of projects. In addition, we offer our clients an independent project quality assurance. This way, we are able to support our clients in early project phases to assess and minimize risks. Focus is not to formally review given standards, but to help the project owner to achieve his objectives.

When staffing projects, as a matter of course we strive to achieve an optimal match between the required skills and the competencies and business knowledge of our project managers. However, when making assignments we focus on the most important factors for the success of long-term projects - the social competencies of the project manager and a cultural fit with the client environment.

Beyond their own experience and references our project managers typically can demonstrate evidence of their qualification, for example by having passed the internationally accepted PMI and/or ITIL certifications.
